Expo Registration - Only $150 for Allied Members!
Complete your Allied membership and Expo registration by December 5, 2012 and enjoy great savings! Expo registration with Allied membership saves you $250! Allied members receive discounted booth space and will only pay $150 to be a part of this premier educational day! Booth space for non-allied members is available for $400. Exhibitors who have registered by the deadline will receive extra, FREE promotion, being listed in the Winter Pork Talk Magazine.

Booth space will measure 10 feet wide by 8 feet deep, will include an 8-foot backdrop, 3-foot sides, an 8-foot table covered to the floor, and two chairs. Electricity is not available at every booth, so check the map for availability. Expo registration includes dinner and drinks at the President's Reception, breakfast, goodies/refreshments and lunch.

Please request your top three booth locations - booths will be assigned first-come, first serve based off of the top booth spaces you've requested. There is a limit of one booth per organization. If you have any other special requests, please be sure to list them! Remember to register early and save!

Check in and set up for the Expo will be available Monday, February 25th from 2:00 and 5:00 pm. Networking over dinner and drinks at the Expo Booths coincide with the President's Reception, and is provided in-part by the Nebraska Pork Producers and will begin at 5:30 pm. Please be sure to invite customers and others to the social, the more the merrier, and encourage them to stay for the educational sessions the next day! At 6:30 pm, we will have a short recognition program for the 2013 Allied Members.

Breakfast will begin Tuesday, February 26th at 7:30 am. Displays should be set up by that time and should be taken down by 5:00 pm on the 26th. Please note, more free time has been allocated this year for producers and other attendees to visit your booth.





30-Minute Mini Sessions Available for $150
Returning to the program this year, 30-Minute Mini Sessions will provide Exhibitors the opportunity to host a special session February 26th. There are four, 30-Minute Mini Sessions available to demonstrate products or showcase a special promotion. These mini sessions are staggered and do not overlap speakers or other mini sessions - allowing you to maximize your time with clients and potential customers! The 30-Minute Mini Sessions are an added bonus for Exhibitors to utilize -- you simply determine how you want to utilize your time. The 30-Minute Mini Sessions will be held in the small meeting room, across the hall from the Expo area. A screen and projector will be provided.

Please request your 30-Minute Mini Session - sessions will be assigned first-come, first serve. There is a limit of one 30-Minute Mini Session per organization. If you have any other special requests be sure to list them!

Host a Food or Drink Stop on the Progressive President's Reception for $250
This new, unique approach to serving dinner will increase traffic during the reception to your booth and will ensure that you get the opportunity to talk with just about everyone in attendance about your products and your organization!

Hosting a food or drink stop is easy! Your host sponsorship allows you to drive traffic to your booth so attendees can grab food or drink. NPPA will make all of the arrangements for food selection, while catering staff will be responsible for all things related to preparing/serving the food and clean up, all while you simply engage in and enjoy great discussions with attendees!

There are 15 food or drink hosts available, which will include a variety of main dishes, side dishes and drinks. This will ensure good flow of traffic and will improve the networking time available in a way that mixes fun and food, which will be of course, all things pork!
